About

We listen, act, and transform

Eduward Grandes was born in La Ceiba, Honduras, and immigrated to the United States at the age of 17, driven by a desire to pursue new opportunities and a brighter future. He began his journey in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he developed a passion for healthcare and completed his nursing education. Eduward launched his nursing career in 2017, specializing in critical care. His dedication and expertise quickly earned him recognition within the field, where he provided exceptional care to patients in high-acuity settings. In 2020, Eduward expanded his career by becoming a travel nurse, which allowed him to serve diverse communities across the country. This experience offered valuable insights into the healthcare disparities many individuals face and deepened his commitment to addressing unmet needs in the system. During this time, he identified a critical gap in psychiatric care, inspiring him to advance his education and focus on mental health. In 2024, Eduward earned his Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from Chamberlain University. With a unique combination of critical care expertise and psychiatric training, Eduward is well-equipped to address the complex mental health challenges his patients face. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Eduward brings a culturally competent approach to his practice, valuing the diverse backgrounds of his patients. Beyond his professional life, he is passionate about traveling, reading, and learning new languages, continually expanding his understanding of the world and its people.
